This chefs knife will do all your kitchen work, slicing, chopping, even fillet. It measures approximately 12 inches in length with a 7 inch blade, 2 inches wide at the heel, crafted from high carbon steel. This steel is known for edge retention and sharpening ease.
Various hardwood options will be chosen for you, or you can let us know your preferences in the notes and, we’ll do the best we can. Due to the use of natural materials, color will vary.

Caring for your Barn and Brook knife:
All knives are crafted with high carbon steel, known for edge retention. They should only be hand washed and wiped dry.
They will develop a natural patina with use. The natural handle should occasionally be oiled with a fine coat of any cooking oil, and also wiped dry.
