These little knives are crafted from 8670 high carbon steel.
Perfect for small tasks, such as carving and preparing fruit.
They are intentionally left a bit unrefined.
Please note,
Carbon steel will rust. It's important to dry after use as well as apply a coat of mineral oil or any food safe oil to the blade from time to time. When properly cared for it will develop a beautiful unique patina.
