This is our multi-purpose prep knife, incredibly useful for the small, daily jobs in the kitchen.
It measures approximately 11 inches in length with a 5.5 inch blade crafted from 8670 high carbon steel known for holding a beautiful thin edge.
Please note:
Carbon steel will rust. It must be hand washed and wiped dry after use. When taken care of properly, it develops a wonderful patina overtime that is unique to each user…we love that around here.
Caring for your Barn and Brook knife:
Knives should only be hand washed and wiped dry.
An occasional light coat of cooking oil or B&B wood and steel balm should be applied to the handle and blade.
